Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds for our services are handled. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Consulting Services: If the service is canceled by the client within 24 hours of scheduling and before the service has been rendered, a full refund will be provided.
  2. Development Services: Refund requests for web, mobile, or software development services will only be considered if:
    • The project has not yet started.
    • The project is canceled within 7 days of the initial payment.
  3. Cloud Backup and Maintenance Services: Refunds for one-time setup services or ongoing maintenance fees will only be issued if the service has not yet been delivered or if a technical issue occurs due to our team’s error.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions.
  • Delivered or deployed software solutions.
  • Services that involve third-party integrations or purchases made on behalf of the client.
  • Hourly support or bug fixes already provided.

4. Refund Process

  1. Clients must submit a refund request via email to info@exponentsofttech.com within the applicable timeframe.
  2. Refund requests should include:
    • The invoice or order number.
    • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
  3. Once a request is received, we will review it and notify the client within 7 business days of the outcome.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the service was partially completed but not fully delivered.
  • If the client and Exponent Technologies Inc. mutually agree to terminate the project midway.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.


7. Changes to This Policy

Exponent Technologies Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
