9. Limitation of Liability

Exponent Technologies Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Loss of data due to client errors or failure to maintain backups.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Service Changes

Exponent Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time with prior notice to clients.

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
  • Exponent Technologies Inc. may terminate immediately in cases of breach of these terms by the client.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas, Texas.

15. Force Majeure

Exponent Technologies Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.

16. Amendments

Exponent Technologies Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
